Hypnosis is a state of altered awareness, simular to being very relaxed or trance-like, such as can be experienced on a long car journey.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy uses the state of relaxation and hypnosis: as a therapy to help you to create change in your life. Through the use of positive suggestions negative beliefs, behaviours, fears and stress can all be assisted to change.

Hypnotherapy can be used to:

  • Improve confidence
  • Overcome fears
  • Reduce stress
  • Increase well-being

  • Hypnotherapy is very relaxing and beneficial for both mind and body and creates a sense of peace and well-being.

    Each session lasts an hour and you will always be treated with dignity and respect and againyour information is confidential. The number of sessions required may vary depending upon the presenting issue, for example stopping smoking often requires only a single session, whereas other issues may require one or two more sessions.

    What is Past-life Regression?

    Past-life regression uses a very light state of relaxation and altered awareness (similar to hypnosis) to enable a client to re-call a previous lifetime. Open-ended questions such as 'what happens now' or 'what happens next' enable the client to tell of their own story or journey through that lifetime. For many people there is an inherent sense of 'knowing' that they have experienced more than this life.

    Sometimes a 'Past-life' regression session can give insight into current issues in this lifetime: this can then enable the client to begin to gain a resolution of their current issues. Past-lives are interesting, insightful and rewarding to explore, however it is important to note that experiencing a past-life does not in itself provide scientific or spiritual evidence of a previous existence.
